IN ADDITION TO THE BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS, BELOW IS THE SPECIFIC TERMS FOR THE CRATER LAKE BUS TRIP (the “Trip”).
1. TRIP BOOKING
By booking a Trip you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you make a booking on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept these Terms on behalf of the other participants in your party.
2. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Staff at the Blue River Travel will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking details.
3. FINAL PAYMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING
We require full payment when at the time of booking.
4. CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT
(a) Cancellation of the BUS TICKET received 8 days or more before the departure of the booked Trip: the payments made to Blue River Travel in respect of the cancelled Trip will be refunded.
(b) Cancellation of the BUS TICKET received 7-6 days before the departure of the booked Trip: an amount equal to 50% of the payments made to Blue River Travel in respect of the cancelled Trip will be refunded.
(c) Cancellation of the BUS TICKET less than 5 days before the departure of the booked Trip: no refund will be payable.
5. CANCELLATION OF THE OPTIONAL EXTRAS
“Optional Extras” in this Agreement refers to any accommodation, activities, meal, transportation, product or service that are not provided directly by Blue River Travel and that you either booked through this website or through the website of Third Party Suppliers.
It is your sole responsibility to follow the cancellation and refund policy established by Third Party Suppliers and contact them directly in respect of the cancelled products. Blue River Travel is not responsible for any OPTIONAL EXTRAS cancellation.
6. PUNCTUALITY
The RECEIPT of your bus booking is also the bus ticket. It will have the most updated information about the pickup locations and arrival / departure time. It is your responsibility to arrive at the station 15 minutes before the departure time. We will not wait for the late passenger in order to guarantee the punctuality of the whole trip and protect the interest of other passengers.
